It’s the same fire and five-day dough that started it all in Mount Pleasant, just in a new neighbourhood. Our dough is fermented for 5 days, double-rolled by a chef every day, and fired in our stone oven in 3 minutes. The North Vancouver location serves our full menu, from pizza to pasta and appetisers, and it’s licensed too, with beer, wine, and housemade cocktails to go alongside your pizza.
