Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant serves authentic Ukrainian food made from scratch. What began in 2012 as a single Vancouver kitchen has grown into a local group of five restaurants across Metro Vancouver, including the newest location at 3 Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver. Everything is handmade in-house, from varenyky and cabbage rolls to borsch, sourdough breads, and pastries. Also on the menu is an exclusive Ukrainian beer found nowhere else in BC.
